I'm learning about the "sweet talking" students. They talk one way then act another. I need alass in child psychology just to keep up. One good thing is that if you can grow to be able to read it then it's kind of fun when they realize you've called thier bluff! You see there are other satisfactions to teaching besides the pay!

Mud Fight!

Hey Gang!
Tuesday, Sept. 26th. It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood! As my classes are working through units in Masonry(brickwork) 5 students in my 3rd block decided to have a mortar fight! The shop was trashed and they all missed thier respective 4th block classes cleaning up the mess! I told them that I would not be writing any passes and that they would be at the mercy of thier 4th block teachers. How was everyone else's day?
